A mash of songs that put me through it and remind me of what I love most about the circuit. Attitude for days.
Tribute to Adam Yauch aka MCA of the Beastie Boys. This song brings back great memories from my childhood. This is my spin on a great song. If you aren't familiar with this song I hope you can create a whole new set of memories to my mash up of " No Sleep till Brooklyn"
This is the extended and edited Easter podcast I made recently. Lots of cha cha praise for my soul sisters.
Album art was created by the talented Jon Brannan.
This set has it all. It's both a musical and spiritual ride. These sounds will take you from Genesis to the maps!!! I really like the way that everything came together. Many of the mixes and mashups are my own creations and re edits. So buckle up and enjoy the ride.
Barry Harris is fierce. Azealia Banks is fierce. I guess it makes me fierce for realizing that these two forces needed to be mashed up. It doesn't matter if you call it progressive house, tribal circuit, or Electro Hip Hop just call and share this with all your friends.
The act of making known publicly. An act of proclamation usually expressed verbally or in writing. In this instance however it is done musically. This podcast has some great new tracks with amazing vocals that serve to soften as well as provide grit to the mixes. But its the non vocal moments in this hour of music I think you will like the most. It's odd that when nothing is said it's ENOUGH SAID!
I'm really liking this podcast. Lots of layers and lots loops. You can tell the DJ is working. ( and now he needs a nap ) The beats are hard but the vocals are sweet. It's kind of like hard candy!
Mixes from Beverly Knight, Jackinsky, Dj jeremy James, Manny Lehman,
Traci Lords, Beyonce, Adele, and many more.
Luciana I'm Still Hot reworked by Dj Jeremy James
My mashup of Inaya Day's new single "Sweet Lover" and Adele's " Rolling in the Deep" I like these songs intertwined. I hope you do too.
A slightly different tone than what I was doing throughout the contest. I really liked how it turned out. I hope you like it as much I do. The energy of these tracks just put me through it.
This is a mix I created for the Gay Days DJ Contest. I gave Kelly Rowlands song some much needed drums and I sampled in some back up vocals from Vicki Shepherd. There is also a few classic circuit loops throughout the mix. I hope you like it. I think you'll love it!!
